The Brother’s Voyage is something every man should do. If each man did so, the world would be a better place. Frankie and the team held space for each participant in a way I could not have expected. The last few years have been very dark, and filled with many unexpected personal challenges. The Brother’s Voyage allowed me to release some very deeply held pain and emotion. I feel lighter, more positive and although I know my journey continues, The Brother’s Voyage will hold a special place in my heart for what it afforded me. The breath work sessions in particular were transformative for me. If any man has the opportunity to participate, I cannot recommend The Brother’s Voyage more highly.

Frankie, thank you for being there for us brothers. You, Tay, and the Brothers have changed my life forever! When I got home, I hugged my partner and she said 'You are different'. She felt more held in my arms and I understood her healing journey and I have now jumped on board. My life is different now... I feel more grounded, in my body, love, and understanding. My life has slowed down. You taught me how to breathe and I will continue to make time for Breathwork for the rest of my life!

Wow, I don't think words will ever be able to describe the feeling I have inside right now! 14 men who came from all different walks of life came together & left as a brotherhood. The connections I made over that 4 days were something I'll hold close to my heart forever. Such an amazing space to be in & I would 100% do it all over again. Thank you Frankie, Lino & Ben for giving us the space to go wherever we needed to go, you 3 are kings!

What an absolute life transforming weekend. I cannot put into words the amount of love, respect and gratitude I have for you all; for showing up, doing the work and coming through the other side the men we all know deep down we are! My brothers, you're all now a part of what I will forever call family! Frankie, Link & Ben wow, you three men are truly an inspiration and have hearts bigger than no other. I am so privileged and grateful to have met you, have you as part of my life and to call you brothers!

Man, what a trip. I'm still processing what happened over the last 5 days. I have made friendships that will last forever! The Brothers! I feel like a new man, I now have a deep connection within myself which in turn creates a deep connection with my family. It was an emotional roller coaster such highs and lows which has now brought me such peace. I feel a great weight has been lifted of me and a huge light shining around me. I feel like I went there a boy and came out a man. I know so many people who would benefit out of doing this retreat. I also feel sad for them as many of them will be too stubborn to look deeper into what it means to live life to the fullest. Who knew the party boy Micko could get so in-tune with his life! I'm posting this for another who wants to feel alive again and I know the answer and it's not what ya think. People will judge me, and I accept that, but they'll never know what they missed out on. These are special people here to make you a better version of yourself in a very beautiful place.

Easily one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Thank you to all my brothers for showing up and diving deep! And so much gratitude for Lino & Ben for helping to bring the magic we all needed this weekend! Frankie words can not express the power of the weekend.
